Mary curates journeys the way a storyteller crafts a narrative — with intuition, rhythm, and precision. Her years living in Bhutan’s Himalayas and across West Africa shaped not only her passport, but her philosophy: that travel should allow space to truly see, listen, and connect.
Her global experience gives her an instinctive understanding of how place, pace, and people shape a meaningful journey. Clients trust her to translate their vision into travel that feels seamless, considered, and deeply aligned with who they are.
Geert brings a rare depth of field knowledge to Étoile. An ex–United Nations specialist who has worked in some of the world’s most remote regions, he understands terrain, logistics, and cultural nuance at a level few advisors do.
A seasoned fly fisherman who crafts his own rods and ties his own flies, and an experienced adventure motorcyclist across East Africa, North Africa, Lesotho, and the Himalayas — he ensures that adventure is not reckless, but expertly guided, grounded, and unforgettable.
Meghan ensures that every journey honours the places and communities it touches. Having worked across 18 countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia — including with USAID — she brings strategic sustainability insight to the Étoile philosophy.
She believes travel should move at a considered pace and leave a positive, lasting imprint on people and place.
